Advance Digital was part of an extremely complex network of corporate entities and it was responsible for managing the social media infrastructure for all of the organization’s national news outlets, as well as hundreds of small business clients around the country.
I was the organization’s chief administrator on Hootsuite, the platform that handled approximately 1200 accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and more), dozens upon dozens of teams, and hundreds of individual users. My job responsibilities included the integration of new features made available by Hootsuite, organization and oversight of social media
experiments in test markets, and top level administration, management, and troubleshooting.
